Shipping policy

 

All store orders normally ship within 9-14 business days from the time order purchased; unless noted differently in the product listing, checkout or have been notified of delays in order fulfillment. 

Orders are filled in which they are received and typically ship within the above time period; depending on order volume. If it takes longer, know we are spending a generous amount of time on your order. Since items are handmade sometimes it takes more time to process orders. (Please note larger orders may take a bit longer due to items being handmade/crafted.)

Items are shipped via USPS globally. We will notify you when it has been sent along with a tracking number.

International Orders: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. More information can be found on our International Purchases page.
