Purchase Terms & Additional Information

By placing an order through Calypso's Cottage®, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Purchase Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and all other policies published on this website.

Orders

Payment is required in full at the time an order is placed.

All sales are final. Returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations are not accepted. Please review all product selections, quantities, shipping information, and order details carefully before completing checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information at the time of purchase.

If a shipping address needs to be corrected, please contact support@calypsoscottage.com as soon as possible. Address changes must be completed before an order ships and cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.

Orders already shipped will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. If an incorrect or outdated address was entered, it is the customer's responsibility to retrieve the package or work directly with USPS regarding any available delivery options.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Retail purchases are intended for personal use only and do not include resale or reproduction rights.

Refunds

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, all sales are final.

Refunds are not issued for:

Incorrect product or fragrance selections
Changes of mind
Exchange requests
Orders refused by the recipient
Packages returned to sender (RTS)
Packages left unclaimed
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Fragrance and personal care products cannot be restocked or resold once they have left the studio.

Sample sets are available for customers wishing to experience selected fragrances before purchasing a full-size product.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 7–10 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.

Orders are processed in the order received. During periods of high order volume or for larger orders, additional processing time may be required.

Selecting Priority Mail or another expedited shipping service affects the carrier's estimated transit time only and does not reduce order processing time.

Tracking information is emailed once an order ships.

Hazardous Materials

Fragrance sprays containing alcohol are regulated as hazardous materials and must ship by ground transportation in accordance with USPS regulations.

Expedited air shipping is not available for fragrance sprays.

If an order contains both fragrance sprays and other products, the entire shipment may be sent using an eligible ground shipping service.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Domestic USPS shipments include applicable carrier insurance based on the shipping service selected and declared package value.

Customers may file claims directly with USPS for insured packages that are lost, damaged, or missing contents.

Please retain all packaging, shipping materials, labels, and damaged merchandise, as USPS may require inspection during the claims process.

International Orders

International shipping is not currently available.

Many Calypso's Cottage products, including fragrance sprays, are regulated as hazardous materials and are subject to international shipping restrictions. To ensure compliance with shipping regulations, international shipping has been temporarily suspended.

Should international shipping become available in the future, this page will be updated with applicable customs requirements, duties and taxes, shipping restrictions, and additional purchase terms.

Wholesale & Resale

Products purchased through the retail website are intended for personal use only.

Products may not be:

Repackaged
Relabeled
Rebranded
Copied or reproduced
Sold under another business or brand name
Resold without prior wholesale approval

Approved wholesale customers are subject to separate Wholesale Policies.

Product Information

Calypso's Cottage reserves the right to:

Update, revise, or discontinue products
Modify pricing or promotions without prior notice
Limit purchase quantities
Cancel or decline orders when necessary
Refuse service where permitted by law

Because products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, appearance, labeling, or packaging may occur.

The natural color of fragrance materials may also vary between batches and may deepen over time without affecting product performance.

Intellectual Property

All product names, fragrance names, photographs, graphics, designs, labels, website content, and branding are the property of Calypso's Cottage® unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright, trademark, reproduction, manufacturing, or resale rights.

No website content or original material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Product Use & Medical Disclaimer

Products are intended for their described cosmetic or fragrance use only.

Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and determining whether a product is appropriate for their individual needs.

Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.
