International Orders
Effective Date: July 19, 2026
At this time, Calypso's Cottage® does not offer international shipping.
Many products sold by Calypso's Cottage, including fragrance sprays containing alcohol, are regulated as hazardous materials and are subject to shipping restrictions that vary by country. To ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, orders are currently limited to destinations within the United States.
Should international shipping become available in the future, this page will be updated with the applicable policies and requirements.
Future International Orders
When international shipping becomes available, customers should expect the following policies to apply unless otherwise stated.
Import Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
Import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are not included in product prices or shipping charges and are collected by the destination country's customs authority.
Customers are encouraged to review their country's import requirements before placing an order.
Customs Declarations
Calypso's Cottage completes customs declarations accurately and in accordance with applicable laws.
Declared values will reflect the actual purchase price.
Requests to declare a lower value or mark shipments as gifts cannot be accommodated.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may not be eligible for shipment to all countries due to customs regulations or hazardous material restrictions.
If an item cannot legally be shipped to the destination country, Calypso's Cottage reserves the right to remove or cancel that portion of the order prior to shipment.
Customers will be notified if this occurs.
Freight Forwarders
Customers who choose to use a freight forwarding service assume responsibility for all international shipping requirements after the package has been delivered to the freight forwarding company.
Calypso's Cottage is not responsible for customs processing, import restrictions, delivery delays, or additional charges incurred after delivery to the freight forwarding service.
Returned International Shipments
International shipments returned because of:
- unpaid customs duties or taxes
- refused delivery
- unclaimed packages
- incorrect shipping addresses
- destination country restrictions
are not eligible for refund of original shipping charges.
If the merchandise is returned in saleable condition, reshipment may be arranged at the customer's expense. Any refund of returned merchandise will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the Purchase Terms & Additional Information and Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy.
International Availability
International shipping policies, eligible destinations, available shipping methods, and restricted products may change without notice based on carrier requirements and international regulations.
